Travel, Transportation & Logistics Platforms.

Maximize Route Optimization, Deploy Real-Time Last-Mile Delivery Tracking, and Secure Global Networks.

Fragmented freight tracking and volatile transport routes consistently degrade global corporate margins. We build advanced software architectures that automate multi-modal shipping lines, execute deep route optimization routines, and maintain clear last-mile delivery tracking for global enterprises. We partner with Travel, Transportation & Logistics CIOs and CTOs to modernize legacy tracking setups and eliminate expensive third-party broker friction. By connecting shipping schedules and driver workflows directly with core business databases, we help you lower operational costs and keep global freight moving predictably.

Overcoming the Hidden Costs of Disconnected Supply Chains

Logistics companies face significant losses due to delayed shipment notifications, poor cargo space allocation, and slow financial reporting. We address the technical challenges that limit freight visibility and impact delivery speeds:

Last-Mile Delivery Blind Spots

Replacing manual driver calls with automated tracking updates to give customers accurate arrival times.

Inefficient Empty Mileage

Eliminating poor route planning that runs cargo trucks under capacity and wastes fuel budgets.

Delayed Freight Invoicing

Connecting transport systems directly to corporate ledgers to send bills out immediately upon delivery.

Fragile Multi-Carrier Linkages

Replacing legacy EDI messages with clean, fast API layers to coordinate communication across international carrier groups.

Powered by Our Enterprise Technology Blueprints

This operational setup is managed by our target software systems. We handle high-volume cargo routing through our custom Freight Centric TMS for Manufacturing and ensure constant system performance with our Unified Observability Platform for IT & OT Environments.

Questions we hear from Travel, Transportation & Logistics CIOs.

Four questions we get on the first call. If yours isn't here, an industry briefing is the fastest path to the answer.

Reference architecture available under NDA. Most of our integration patterns are documented and shareable with prospective clients.

  • Tax is computed at source from GSTIN of origin, GSTIN of destination, commodity HSN code, and freight type. The MIRO posting carries the full tax break-up. We maintain the tax-rule engine quarterly to track GST council notifications.

  • 94% on average across our active TMS clients. The remaining 6% land in an exception queue with the variance reason coded - usually a weighbridge variance, rate-mismatch, or unrecognised GSTIN. Exception SLA is 4 working hours.

  • Both. Tier-1 carriers connect via direct API (status, POD, invoice, dispute). Smaller carriers continue with document-based flow (e-mail PDF + structured ingestion). The TMS UI is identical for the freight team regardless of the carrier-side channel.

  • Every dispute is a structured ticket attached to the freight order with SLA clocks per dispute type per carrier contract. The head-office dashboard shows volume, resolution time, and amount-at-risk per carrier - refreshed every 15 minutes.
